This is a 8 week program designed for those who needs a little extra help in losing those 10-30 pounds and getting back in shape. This program can be 3-6 or 12 months and gives you everything you need to succeed on your health & fitness journey and the expertise of a seasoned trainer and nutrition expert. This is for someone who needs to create better habits when it comes to eating healthier and making fitness a priority. 1 on 1 training is for people who are ready to take their lives back but don't want to follow a cookie cutter program. We will be with you everyday and stay there until your goals are met. To enroll we require everyone to have a 1 on 1 consultation to see if there is a good fit
