Are you working out hard enough??
I hope everyone is having a fantastic week and pushing past their goals !! Did you know more people actually start (or restart) their health & fitness programs in March than in January?? So if you've been postpone getting started because you've been under the holiday spell NOW is the time to get started!! Do you what you want to achieve ?? Do you know how you're going to get there?? Too many of us think we are getting in a great workout but when they look at the results - they are only minimal!! It might be because your workouts are not intense enough - do you know??
