Need to get rid of body fat??
Happy Thursday !! Who else is having an awesome week with their health & fitness ?? Are you eating healthy - getting in those workouts and finally seeing results?? So I has a question come up the other day that I wanted to address - "What is the best way to lose belly fat??" Great question and the best answer is to eat as healthy as possible - in the right portions and add cardio & resistance training 4-6 days each week !! Yes it's a little more complicated than that but this is the basics !!
There is so much info out there that it gets confusing and what works for 1 person may not work another!
