I hope everyone had a great week and ready to hit the weekend !!
No before you hit the weekend ( remember we lose an hour of sleep Sunday morning) take some time to reflect on what you've accomplished this week ??
No matter how small - pat yourself on your back for what you did !! Yes we want to look at what we didn't do but don't always make about the negatives !!
So are you addicted to food or binge eat on the weekends??
Many of us use food to reward ourselves for a hard week or for getting in all our workouts and reason with ourselves that we can binge on food even though we know it isn't right !!
