I hope everyone is having a great weekend and is adapting to this time change !!
I know for most of us this time change is not good so the quicker you can get yourself into a regular routine the better you will !!
So take so time today to plan your week !! Will it be dark outside when you go to work?? since it will lighter later should you change your workouts to nights?? Will the time change - change my eating habits ?? These are all things that you should think about and plan for !!
