So with the week almost over how are you doing ?? How are your workouts going ?? Do you feel stronger ?? Have more endurance ?? Maybe ready to raise the bar next week ??
Again we want to challenge our bodies & minds each day so once you get comfortable with a workout or exercise you need to change it - it's what your body wants & needs!!
So how many hours are you on your smartphone every day?? When you're on it - how are you holding it ?? Are you putting unneeded stress on your neck ??
My suggestions is if you have to use your smartphone for long periods of time - learn to take breaks and learn to hold the phone in front of you !! I know it looks stupid but it will help you from getting Text Neck !!
