Is your normal daily & weekly routine being turned upside down with this new virus ?? The kids are home - you are home from work and you're being told not to go out and hunker down inside your home!!
When my routine gets messed up I always get back on track with maintaining my workout & healthy eating schedule. Now you may not be able to the gym or your favorite yoga class but you can still get your workout in even with staying at home !!

In my opinion I think we all need to do our part in maintaining healthy hygiene habits ( wash those hands) and stay away from large crowds of people whenever possible !!
