You made it to the weekend - I know it may not seem like much changes from 1 day to the next but hopefully we are getting closer to the end of this thing !!
I talked to 2 different people today ( they are now clients) about how bored they were at home. I asked them if they had any health or fitness goals they were working on - they both said yes but their gyms were closed ?? We created 2 different programs - a 4 wk program and a 8 wk program!!

I think that all healthy diets can be good over a short period of time including the Keto Diet . But I don't think any diet should be done as lifestyle change - especially when you eliminate things our bodies need. Eating as healthy as you can as often as you can and in the right portions will give you the best results over the course of a lifetime
