I want start off by asking each of you a few questions (put your answers in the comments)
1. how are you doing ?? 2, how many days have you been in "lockdown"? 3. in the last 7 days how many days have you worked out? 4. during this "lockdown" are you eating healthy or eating whatever you can get your hands on?? )

So I know I've posted about this before but how is your noggin doing?? I know many of us have anxiety during times like this but remember 2 things >> 1. everyone is going through this 2. working out and being active will help!!
