I know it's tough hearing that we have to stay inside for another month BUT being a little uncomfortable is better than not being around !!
So with a new month and new circumstances upon us what kind of goals do you have ?? Do you want to lose weight and if so how many pounds? Do you want to eat healthier?? Want to build some muscles to show off when this whole thing is over??
Whatever your goals - write them down & put them some place you can see them every day and then work on them every day !!

Great question and it really depends on you and how much space you have at home . I am old school and a little bit more space than most so I love the cap hex dumbbells. If you go this route - start off small off light and build from there. The other popular way to go are the adjustable weights!! These are great for small spaces but can be a little cumbersome and do take some time to adjust from 1 weight to the next .
