So how much caffeine do you drink everyday ?? Between coffee - sodas - pre workouts and energy drinks are you putting yourself at risk ??
For me - I'm one of the few people who don't drink coffee - rarely have a soda or energy drink BUT a do have a pre workout on certain days (depends on the workout)
So my caffeine consumption is fairly low and I don't have to have it every day !! But many of us are drinking all 4 of these every day - this a not a good thing for your body especially when you're trying to lose weight !!
