Happy Saturday !! I hope everyone is doing great and staying healthy !! So how are you doing with our new norm?? Are you staying active ?? Eating healthy and getting lots of rest?? Also take this time and think about what's important to you!! We get so caught up in our day to day lives that we forget the things & people who are important in our lives!! So do you stress eat ?? Nearly 40 % of us will stress eat or under eat when stressed!! During this time many of us will get stressed at least once or twice - we just don't like change and we don't like the unknown.!! Workout (at home) - call an old friend - start a journal - read a book - volunteer - cook for your neighbors or join an online support group!!
