How are you doing with your at home workouts?? I know things are hard and maybe a little uncomfortable but just because things are different doesn't mean we can't stay on track with our health & fitness goals!! We may have to make changes but our goals should not change !!

So have you seen the Biggest Loser Show ?? Have you heard of the Biggest Loser diet ??
I am firm believer that most healthy diet plans can work over a short period of time BUT I don't believe in any diets over the long haul. Maintaining and living a healthy lifestyle should be about eating healthy whole foods in the right amounts as often as we can !!
