So how are you doing with our quarantine ?? Are you hanging in there ?? Do you have a plan on what you want to accomplish for next week ?? If you don't - spend some time today and think about what you want to achieve?? Where do you want to be by the end of the month ?? a month from now or even 3 months from now ??

Have you ever thought of doing yoga before bed?? As a guy I am not a big fan of yoga BUT I also know that it helps loosen & stretch my muscles that I will be ready for the next days' workout !!
