Happy Wednesday !!
Happy Earth Day also !! I know everyone is focused on all the negative things going on in the world but the one silver lining in all this may be that we are giving our planet a chance to heal.
And though I'm only a trainer & health coach - I'm pretty excited about knowing that our air is just a bit cleaner and our foods are little bit cleaner also.
So if you need another reason to get back on track with your health & fitness - a healthier planet is a pretty good reason !! As always if you need help please don't hesitate to contact me !!
So do you eat gluten - free ?? Is it something you have to do (celiac disease) or is it something you're doing just to lose weight ??

I'm a firm believer that we should never eliminate healthy foods from our diets unless there is a good reason - so enjoy those whole grains !!
