Can you believe that there is only 1 week left in the month?? We can not make major changes for this month but this is a great time to plan and think about what you want to accomplish in May ??
Spend some time over the next week and think about what you want to accomplish and how you're going to accomplish them !! So with so much "virus stuff" online - in the news - people protesting and some states ready to open it's hard to tell who is actually telling the truth.
For me to get to the answers I try to listen to everyone and what they are saying then do my own homework & research regardless of how many titles they have in their names !!
The same holds true with fad diets - miracle pills & lotions and other health myths - you need to do your homework !!
