Yes it's Friday ( in case you forgot ) and it's the last weekend of April !!
So I know most of us are in lock down mode and have been for the last month or so but since we have the time - now is the time to think - plan and achieve our health & fitness goals - you know the ones you've put on hold for the last year or so !!
