So should you workout on an empty stomach ??
There are some studies that show you will lose more fat if you workout on an empty stomach BUT you do need fuel in your body in get through your workout !!

Personally unless you are doing an extremely intense workout I would eat at your normal times throughout the day and have either a small snack before or after your workout
