Do I really need to plan my workouts??
Happy Sunday !! I hope everyone is having a great weekend and getting ready for Mom's Day ( yes it's next weekend) I wanted to ask everyone if they are ready for this quarantine to be over ?? With many of us slowly getting out of these stay at home orders do you feel comfortable and ready to return to normal ?? Do you feel safe if you go out ?? Since it's Sunday and the first Sunday of the month today is a great to plan not only the week but what you want to accomplish for the month of May !! I along most trainers & coaches will tell you to plan as much as you possibly can - the more you plan the better your results and closer you will get to your goals !!
