So has anyone gotten Cabin Fever yet ?? I'm in California and we've been under "stay at home" orders since March 20th - we are allowed to go outside for exercise in our surrounding area but will get a $1000 ticket if we go to far!!
So with being at home and not being able to have friends & family over what are you doing to keep yourself busy ??
As a trainer & coach - I've spent more time learning new compound movements and exercises I can teach my clients. I think continuing to learn and make ourselves better helps keeps us busy !!
