Who else loves to snack throughout the day ?? Is it healthy?? Can I put on weight ?? Should I do it ??
It really depends on you - how healthy your snacks are and as a long as you are staying under your total calories for the day!!
If your calories are 2000 for the day and you're eating 700 calories at each meal then snacking is not a good thing BUT if you're eating 500 calories for each meal then having a healthy snack can be a good thing >> https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/snacking-good-or-bad#metabolism
