The weekends are a great time to both plan and rest for the upcoming week !!
First to plan your week - take some time today to plan your week - what kind of workouts are you going to doing & when are you going to be doing them and are the workout more intense that last week ??
Then comes the hard part - eating & drinking - what will you eating this week - how much of it will you be eating - do you have to go to the store to buy things ? What obstacles will have to overcome ??
The more you plan the better your results !!
Now onto to rest !! Should you take a rest day ?? The answer is it really depends on you and how intense your workouts are - if you're walking for 30 minutes each day then the answer is no you probably don't a rest day BUT if you're doing a 45 minute HIIT routine 4-5 days each week then a rest day is needed >> https://www.healthline.com/health/exercise-fitness/rest-day
