Isn't it crazy that we are not even done with covid-19 and we have protests in 30 US cities !! I agree with the protests but not violence & destruction and I think we should not forget why all this started in the first place !!

What do you want to accomplish this month ?? Do you want to start losing those 10 pounds ?? Want to get start getting back in shape to fit into that swimsuit ?? Do you just want to feel better after being cooped up for the last 2 months ??
