I tried a new exercise yesterday and it's hard!! It's a called a bird dog on forearms - same as a bird dog ( on all fours) and the movement is the same ( put right hand straight out and put left leg straight out) BUT now go onto your left forearm and go up on your toes on your right leg!! Hold for 10 seconds and repeat on the other side !!
