Will walking really help me lose weight?
Happy Wednesday !! I hope everyone is having a great week and kicking butt on their goals !! Did anyone try the exercise I posted yesterday ?? What did you think ?? Not that easy right ?? It's always good to push yourself and try new things - you want to continue to challenge your body!! If you need new ideas to challenge your mind and body please let me know I have a few 100 I would love to share!! So I had a person ask me if they could lose weight by just walking ?? I told them absolutely as long as they ate healthy and pushed themselves to walk 1 hour every day ( really no need to take a day off) and shoot for 4 miles in that 1 hour!! Now walking may not be that sexy and not crazy extreme like some of the HIIT workouts out there but it does work and is something you can do every day and is FREE!!
