So how are you doing with your health & fitness goals this week ?? How are your workouts going ?? Are you switching up how you do your workouts - for example do you always do 10 reps of an exercise ?? Why not do the same exercise but do it for 1 minute??
By changing things up just a little can help challenge your muscles ( burn more calories)
