I hope everyone had an amazing weekend and ready to get back to work !! So we are at the 1/2 point of 2020 !! I know that the majority of us never expected 2020 to be like the last 3 months and maybe that's a good thing !! Maybe the last 3 months gave us a time out to refocus on what's important in our lives. Maybe we realized things like family - community - health and friends are the most important things !!! And as we slowly get back to somewhat normal we should stay focused on those things and not get sidetracked with other things that pop up in our lives !! Along those same thoughts - refocusing our health & fitness should be a top goal for all of us. Improving our health and fitness is one of the best preventive measures we can take to prevent us from getting covid-19 as well as other viruses !!
