How did you start off the week?? A - kicked butt on my workout and ate healthy B - did a workout but didn't eat healthy C - no workout but ate healthy D - laid on the couch all day and ordered fast food all day
If you're an A - awesome job and keep up the great work If you're a B or C - good job but we got some work to do If you're a D - well you got some work to do

Do you have Greek or Regular Yogurt?? Is one better than the other ?? Is one healthier than the other??
Though both yogurts are healthy for you (watch those fruit yogurts as they are loaded with sugars) Greek yogurt has about 1/2 the calories and almost double the protein. Remember yogurt has fat so it's always better to go with either low or non fat brands!!
