Eating fish or taking fish supplements?
Happy Wednesday !! I hope everyone is having a great week and kicking butt on their goals !! With most states opening and gyms opening back up - do you feel safe going there?? In my opinion I would be very cautious about hitting the gym right now - there are still too many new cases that are happening everyday !! If you can't get to the gym and need some ideas for home workouts please contact me I would love to help !! So which do you think is healthier - eating fish or taking a fish supplement ??
