As a personal trainer I put more energy into creating new and challenging exercises and workouts but I also know that no matter how great a workout will be that if we don't eat healthy and in the right amounts that great workout is wasted !!
As a health coach and nutrition specialist creating and recommending different diets and meal plans is my main focus.
How and what we eat and what we do the other 23 hours in the day are more important than what we do in that 1 hour working out !!
So how is your nutrition and diet ?? How much time each day do you spend preparing - cooking and eating your meals??
Most of us spend less than 1 hour each on these important matters !! We have busy lives - fast food is easier and we just don't want to spend the time cooking something!!
