So who smokes weed??
I have tried it many times over the years and it's just not for me BUT I have some very good friends who use it and swear by it every day !! So absolutely no judgement here
But is it good for athletes?? Is there benefits or drawbacks?? What's the pros and cons ??
In my opinion I think more research is needed but if it works for you than go for it - if you want to start or try it my suggestion is to start with small amounts of edible weed. I would stay away from smoking it because smoking is still smoking which could affect you respiratory system??
