Should you go for a walk after a meal??

How are you doing at the 1/2 way point of the week ??
Are you getting in your workouts and eating as healthy as possible ?? How's the resurgence of this virus affecting you and your health & fitness goals ??
In my opinion I think we are stuck with this for awhile and maybe we need to adjust our lifestyles!! I think there is a lot for us to still learn BUT I'm strong believer that maintaining a health & fit lifestyle will help all of us !! As always if you need help getting started or taking things to a new level please let me know !!
So a new trend ( I think it's been around for awhile) in health & fitness is going for a walk after each meal!!
Do you do this ??

If you are not currently working out I would highly recommend trying this - it's only 10 minutes after each meal !!
