Now I know for many of you the weekend doesn't mean much since many things went back to where we were 3 months ago but it's still great time to evaluate how your week went !!
I know your health is a priority but with this virus still going around it should be at the top of your list every day !! The more we can take care of ourselves now the stronger we will to fight covid !!

For me I love quinoa and eat it almost everyday - I'm not big fan of just eating it by itself but it's great to add to pretty much anything !!

If you're not adding quinoa to your weekly meal plan I would highly recommend adding it
