Meal prep is a great way to eat healthy and stay on budget BUT if you're not willing to spend at least 2 hours each week cooking and prepping the food or you have the time to shop prep and cook every day then meal prepping is not for you !!

Do you meal prep??
I only meal prep certain things each week - things like my proteins - eggs and my grains I will prep for a few days - I like prepping my fruits & veggies as I go !!
