Low carb or low fat - which is better?
Happy Wednesday and Happy Hump Day!! I hope everyone is having a great week and hitting their goals both in working out and eating healthy !!! Who took our little push up test yesterday ?? How did you do ?? I know these little tests may not seem like a big deal but it gives everyone an idea of where we stand !! So how did you do ?? So low fat diets and low carbs have been around for awhile but both have been picking up momentum recently !! Is one better than the other - will you lose more weight on one over the other or is the health benefits better for one?? In my opinion there are pros & cons to both - I think we need to limit the amount of bad carbs we consume AND we need to limit the amount of bad fats we have BUT we need both good carbs and good fats in our diets !! But with both I would not recommend staying on either of these for a long period of time !!
