Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a great weekend and ready to go to work on the first week of August !! Do you have your goals written down for the week and the month ?? Are they posted some place that you can see every day ?? What obstacles will you have and how will you overcome them?? With many gyms closed what kind of workouts are you going to be doing ??
