Is pizza healthier than cereal ??
Happy Wednesday !! How's everyone doing this week ?? Are you working out ?? What kind of workouts are you doing ?? Remember don't forget to add weights to your workouts at least 2-3 days each week !! I know there are lots of crazy diets out there but here is a basic meal healthy meal - 50% of your plate should be fruits & veggies - 25-30% protein and 20-25% healthy carbs !! Also make sure you're getting about 1/2 your weight in ounces of water each day!! So there was recent article stating that having pizza for breakfast is healthier than having cereal !! is this true ?? Is pizza really healthier than cereal ?? The quick answer is maybe and it depends ??
