Do we have to eat breakfast ??
Happy Sunday !! I hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying healthy!! So do you know what you want to accomplish in the upcoming week ?? Sunday's are a great day to slow down a little bit but remember to stay active !! It's also a great day to plan and prepare for the upcoming week!! What do you want to accomplish - how am I going to get there - will there be obstacles and do I need help ?? As always if you need help - suggestions - motivation or ideas please contact me as I would love to help !! So who has breakfast every morning ?? Will eating breakfast help me lose weight ?? Can I skip breakfast ?? Does what I have for breakfast really matter?? All great questions and here's my 2 cents - will eating eating a healthy breakfast help you lose weight - probably not BUT it will help you fuel your body to start the day and you will have the entire day to burn off those calories as oppose to having a big dinner.
