Happy Monday !! I hope everyone had a great weekend and ready to take on the last week of August !! So how are you going to finish off the month ?? Are you going to go a little longer on your workouts ?? a little more intensity?? Are you going to eat a little healthier ?? Do better with portions ?? The choice is yours - we can go work to on ourselves or just sit back and hope & wish !! Which choice are you making today ?? So have you ever woke up and said to yourself " I just don't want to workout or eat healthy today" ?? To be honest we all have those thoughts - yes even us trainers and athletes!! So what do you do when you have those thoughts ?? 1st off remember life is about balance - saying you have to workout every day is not necessary as well you can never have a burger or your favorite junk is wrong also !!
