Are you sitting too much??
Happy Wednesday!! So we are at the 1.2 way point of the week - so it's time to take a step back and see how you're doing this week?? Are you getting in your workouts?? Are you eating healthy?? how are your portions?? how much sleep are you getting?? how much water are you drinking?? Ask yourself "what's holding me back?" and "why am I not doing what I said I was going to do" ?? If you need help figuring things out please leave me a comment and lets come up with a plan together !! So how much sitting do you do each day ?? I know most of us know how bad sitting is for us but too many of us continue to do it !! A simple solution is force yourself to get up a move around for 10 minutes for every hour your sitting. Walk around office - walk up & down the stairs - do some simple stretches and whatever you do don't spend 8 hours at work sitting and then go home and spend another 3-4 hours watching TV or on your computer !!
