Happy Friday !! You made it to the last Friday of August of 2020 !! How do you feel ?? Do you feel like you've accomplished something this week ?? this month ?? How would you rate your health & fitness journey this past week and past month?? I don't know of anyone who loves burpees but by far it's the best high intensity exercise that you can do - it incorporates almost every muscle group and does wonders for your cardiovascular system !!
