So who has been on a Keto or Plant based diet ?? Are you on one of these now?? Is one healthier than the other?? Will one help you lose weight over the other??
Science says that both are great for losing weight and helping people reduce a host of cardio and heart diseases. I am not a big fan of any diet that eliminates certain food groups for a long period of time . So my 2 cents is that go ahead and try either one but only for a short period of time and for a permanent change stick with plant based but add meats into your diet once in awhile
