Struggling to stay motivated??
Happy Wednesday !!
I hope everyone started their week off on the right foot !! Did you get an amazing workout in ?? Did you change up your workout routine ??
Remember we want to change up our workouts about every 6 weeks !! Our bodies & muscles need to be challenged differently as the body & muscles will used to doing the same routine !!
As with our workouts - we want to change up our diets also!! Not so much because our bodies want change but because we may lose our motivation by eating the same things week after week !!
So do you have trouble staying motivated at times??
We all have this problem once in awhile - even the best trainers - athletes and models !!
The biggest way to stay motivated is to just go do it anyway - usually the day we don't want to workout are the day we need it the most !!
