Complete vs incomplete protein??

I hope everyone is having a great week and achieving everything they want to accomplish this week!!
We talk a lot about workouts and fitness in this group BUT in order to maintain and/or lose weight we must watch what and how much we eat and drink !!
In general our diets should be filled with macro nutrients (macro-nutrients are nutritional compounds that your body needs in significant quantities for daily functioning.) are protein - carbs and fats
The percentage of macro-nutrients are 50-60 % -good carbs (like fruits & veggies) - 20-25% good proteins (like eggs & greek yogurt) and 25-30% healthy fats ( like avocados & nuts) and consuming about 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water
If the majority of people followed this many ( not all ) of our healthy issues would be averted !!
Sounds simple but you just have to do it !!
I had a question come up regarding complete vs incomplete proteins - in general we want to consume complete proteins because these contain all the essential amino acids our bodies need !!
