Do we really need a pre-workout??
I hope everyone had a great weekend and ready to take on the last full week of September !!
So what do you want to accomplish this week ?? What is the 1 thing ( no matter how small or big) that you want to achieve this week??
Whatever it is - write it down and put somewhere you can see it every day !! Then all you have to so is to work on it every day !!

So who takes a pre workout before working out ?? Are they healthy ?? are they worth it ?? do you really need it??
In my opinion most people do not need a pre workout if they have a healthy diet - get a proper amount of sleep and drink enough water !!
Many people think that it will give them extra energy during their workout and allow them to power through the most challenging workouts !!
