Are there healthy cereals??
Happy Wednesday !!
I hope everyone is having a great week and staying on top of their goals !!
If every day we ate just a little healthier and in better portions and we increased or improved our workouts each day and lets say we lost just 1/2 pound each week - do you know that by the end of the year we would lose 26 pounds !!
We don't have to do crazy every day to get the results we want - just little improvements each day will create the permanent results we want!!
So who loves having cereal every morning ??
Growing up cereal was our Monday - Friday go to !! And though we begged our mom for sugared cereals - mom never gave in !! It was Cheerios - Wheaties - Corn Flakes - Rice Krispies and Puffed Wheat !!
We thank mom every day for her standing her ground!!
