I hope everyone had an awesome weekend - got some active rest and ready to take on this last week of September!!
So what's your plan this week??
What do you want to accomplish ??
Whatever it is write it down - put it someplace you can see it every day and then work on in it everyday !! Did you not accomplish your 1 thing from last week ?? Then start there and don't create a new goal until this goal has been accomplished!!

So I know I talk a lot about how bad "fast food" places and for the most part they are BUT what if "fast food" is all that is available ??
Many places are getting better but you may still need to make a few changes >> salads are fine just watch all the extras and always go with dressing on the side >> go as close to whole food as possible - black beans are better than refried >> stay away from the fried foods - yes they may taste better but they don't look good on your waistline
