Welcome to October !! Can you believe that there are only 3 months left of 2020?? I know many of us are saying "it's about time" but instead of focusing on the all the bad - lets focus on the good and what's still possible !!
What do think you can accomplish in 3 months?? >> is it to lose 20 pounds ?? >> to start getting back in shape ?? >> fit into that holiday dress?? >> learn how to eat healthier ??
Whatever it is - you control the result - if you want it you will achieve if you don't - you'll make an excuse !!
So what do you want ??
So who has food cravings??
Do you give into those cravings?? Do you ask yourself why you have them??
If you get food cravings start by asking yourself -"do I really need this " and then have a big glass of water !! Most cravings will pass within 10-15 minutes so if you can make through this time period you should be okay!!
