Do you make these fitness mistakes??

I hope everyone had an awesome weekend and ready to do amazing things this week !!
Did you write down that one thing you wanted to accomplish this week ?? Put it somewhere you can see it everyday !!
Someone asked "why just 1 thing" if we work on 1 thing we are more likely to accomplish that 1 thing than giving ourselves 10 things to do !! Also imagine if we accomplished 1 thing every week we would have completed 52 things by the end of the year!!
So do you make these fitness mistakes ??
Making mistakes especially when it comes to eating healthy and working out is part of the process!!
We do sit ups wrong - mess up on our squats or try to do something 1 of our friends has done !!
Best advice I can give you is to learn the form of the exercise you're doing as well as what muscles you will be using and 2nd learn why you should be eating certain foods at certain times !!!
