How chemicals are you putting on YOU?
I hope everyone had a great week and ready to hit the weekend !!
Do you have plans this weekend ?? Are you going to be staying active and healthy ??
Now before we hit the those pumpkin patches - get together with friends and rake those leaves lets look back at the week and ask yourself "what did I accomplish towards my health & fitness goals ??"
At the beginning of the week I asked everyone to write down what is the one thing you wanted to accomplish this week - did you hit that goal??
Whether you did or didn't ask yourself why it did or didn't happen !!
So did you know that most of us put about 168 chemicals on our bodies & hair everyday ??
Did you also know that most of the things we put on our bodies actually gets into our bloodstream also ??
Yes we need to be careful - just as we need to be reading food labels we also need to reading our shampoo - body wash and soap labels !!
